Stacy E. Cozart

Stacy E. Cozart focuses her immigration practice in both the business and family sectors. She processes Labor Certification Applications (PERM) with the Regional Processing Center and prepares and files petition paperwork with the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (CIS) for foreign nationals seeking visas in specialty occupations and as individuals of extraordinary ability, in addition to status as students, visitors, and temporary/seasonal workers. Stacy has worked on J-1 waivers based on requests from interested government agencies such as the National Institute of Health and Conrad State 30 programs, in addition to waivers based upon hardship.  She prepares petitions for Aliens of Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Professors/Researchers, and researchers whose work is in the National Interest.  She represents clients in administrative hearings on adjustment of status applications, naturalization and other immigration proceedings and composes Waivers of Inadmissibility.
